The Confluence is not a static tower; it is a vertical landscape that embodies the meeting of the Texas Hill Country and the urban vibrancy of downtown Austin. Located on the banks of Lady Bird Lake, its design is an organic, terraced form that appears to rise from the earth, mimicking the layers of limestone that define the region.

The facade is a tapestry of local Texas cream limestone, warm-toned western red cedar accents that will silver with age, and floor-to-ceiling high-performance glass that reflects the ever-changing Texas sky. Deep, planted terraces wrap around the building at every level, creating a cascade of greenery that softens the structure and provides private gardens for residents. The base of the building is a bustling, open-air plaza with retail and restaurants that connect directly to the hike-and-bike trail, grounding the tower in the city's public life.
